I apply Philips Milk of magnesia on my face as a primer with a cotton ball (this is for oily skin or humid/sweaty days) And then apply my makup and it keeps it looks flawless and doesnt move at all for me :) my friend told me they use it a lot on brides as well :) i dont know but it works for me when i need it

Last question. I heard Aveeno Baby daily moisturizer works very well as a primer. People swear by it. You have tried so many primers. Can you get back to me about this one? I am dyin to find a good video on how to use foundation and blush. My blush is never even! Do you use a lightweight powder, like mineral veil, or more substantial powder? Anybody else have this problem? I use contour, apple, and a highlight, and it looks great, only it is a bit splotchy. As the day goes on it gets worse. Secondly, how do you fix blush patchy mid day? remove foundation and blush, and start over, or just try to fill in holes with blush only? Even mixed blush w/ pwdr..patchy..

(no sweat, and shrinks pores is what the one I used to use a Long time ago claimed it did for my skin. I had to use blotting tissues still though Now, I wonder if I use one, because I sweat at work, would it go over or under primer? Thanks doll! I wonder if spray alone is what keeps Gaga from sweating on her face? She might use a mattifying trtmnt?

For what it's worth, my friend who's a make-up artist claims that silicone based primers are one of the main culprits in causing break-outs. Also, you definitely don't need a primer everyday since they prevent your skin from being able to breathe. Use it only on the days when you feel you REALLY need it.

@Jaychan9 I personally prefer Urban Decays setting sprays over Macs fix + to set my foundation but I use fix + more on a daily bases because it has multiple uses. It can be used instead of a mixing medium to dampen your eye shadows; you can spray it on your hair to add a touch of shine and also your legs to add shine. I believe that Encore has a video on fix + so if you have any more questions I would definitely go and check out his video. :D

I just recommend to read carefully before purchasing because they also have a glitter adhesive that looks just like the shadow insurance just a different color and, from my experiences, are kept close together on the shelves. As far as a makeup tip, you can try spraying an aerosol hairspray (not aqua-net) on your face, and it helps me out when I do theatre work. I learned that trick from a dear friend who competed in beauty pageants all her life. It works for me, lol.

Also, the lancome primer is fabulous! I like the texture better than the mac creme stuff, but each to his own. ;)

it worked very well! i started to use a ''finishing spray'' (Avenes Thermal Water, very multi-use product, works also as a finishing spray!) and it made my foundation look really natural, not cakey and just made my face look really nice :) thank u Greg <3
