i've beaten that omega pirate 3 times easy 5 times hard and if your wondering how i have to save files were i'm already at the omega pirate.

It's the PAL version - meaning it shows missiles as "000/000". His maximum missiles was 230, so when he has 55 missiles, it is "055/230", not 0557230.

lol wow can't believe i only just saw this, no i didn't cheat because on PAL it shows your current amount of missiles out of your maximum, as has been said. also it's really not hard to get a fight this fast if you make an effort to get used to the timing of the last powerbomb, i just used the timer on my VCR while i was recording to help me.

Here;s a few things I don't get..

1. How did you shoot your missiles so fast? I mean, I have to wait a full two seconds in between shots but you were blasting them away. does it depend on the suit I'm using or is it a bug??

2. How is it that your super missiles were so effective on him? I used super missiles in that fight and they drained less than half of the energy yours did.

someone please respond if you have answers. I'd really like to know. oh, and good job with the fight. ;)

lol did u even bother looking at how much missles he has he is using action replay. also u cant defeat him that fast unless ur cheating. so what he is using is fast missles,unlim missle,and massive damg.lol u thought it was a good job lmfao more like suckage hacks!

I can recognise every technique this guy is using and he is not cheating. It looks like he has thousands of missile but that is because that is the PAL version which means it shows how many missiles has next to hw many he can carry with his current number of missile expansions for example 240/250. There is a technique that involves rapidly alternating between Y and A which. Google Metroid 2002 and You'll know what I'm talking about.

Dude, Did you happen to noctice he used a power bomb? Are you really saying power bombs and super missiles couldn't kill him? I beat the thing just bit bit slower than he did. It's already been said. He's using a PAL version.

To fire missiles rapidly set you fingers to press A immediately after Y (I set my fingers so that I hit Y with my thumb first and then hit A later on the same button press.) as far as the super missiles go one super drains a littke more than a quater of his health which is what I get too. Th rest was done with a powere bomb.

You can rapid-fire your missiles in the english version as well. Just tilt the c-stick up and hold it, then rapidly press Y. BAM just like the old days. :)

If you shoot a missile and press "A" right afterwards, the missile launcher reloads and you can fire and again. You just have to repeat the pattern. It's useful against Meta Ridly.

there is a glitch in the north american version of this game. when meta ridley starts charging at use use the wavebuster, he won't be able to attack you. but i prefer not using it, more fun that way

1. He used a trick where, you press the y and a button very fast to fire the missiles that fast.

2. Pinkkittyrose was playing on easy mode, you were probably playing on hard mode, that's why he dealed more damage to the pirate.

it's the fusion suit from metroid fution. After you've beaten metroid fusion you can link your gba to the gamecube and upload it to metroid prime.

No it wouldn't. Apparently the Power Bomb all of his armour off only works in the Pal version of the game. Jesus this guy must've played the Boss fight a hundred times to know precicely when Omega Pirate Appears and where. No wonder its a world record

It's actually ffairly easy to predict where Omega Pirate will appear. the two keys are: he never goes to the pool that Samus is next to, and he never visits the same pool twice in a row. The first time he hits him he's enough to both pools and afterwards moves in a way that there is only one pool OP cam appear at.

PAL isnt a version. PAL is the british/european version of game ratings. Like here we have the ESRB

Eh, no. The British Version of ESRB is ELSPA. The European version is PEGI. PAL is the format of the video and the game in Europe. It is the colour system used in broadcasting, equivalent to NTSC in the United States and is generally considered to give better video quality than NTSC.

When they change it to PAL version, they also look at some bugs etc that gamers have found from jap/ntsc versions, and edit them. E.g. a big change in PAL was the removal of scan-dash so the SJB are a lot harder to get first.
