  • Good police officer, really trying to be good but he still, supports a system that kills millions :/

  • @ThomasFrantik

Nice to see someone that comprehend the whole story.

  • This officer is awesome...love it.

  • @Environex And still a fraud.

  • So cops are wasting their time harrasing parking lot vendors? I thought the crime rate in the US is the highest in the world and this Sargeant is out and busting ppl without some bs license. WTF is happening in the US? get the evil socialist zionist scourge out of govt for the sake of yourselves and humanity

  • @SouthernCross33

    Psssst.... Canada

  • @Louaner Oh hehehe same with you Canada lol

  • I am fully aware of the difference between Law and acts and statues!

Whereas it is my understanding that if one has lawful excuse one may choose to not obey a court, tribunal, statute, Act or order, and that this factual truth is expressed in Sections 126 and 127 of the Criminal Code of Canada,

  • @Novanova22

Very interesting, Thank you for the info!

  • CORPORATE PERSON

  • that officer really knows his statutes and laws, was more than reasonable, and polite.

  • @F35ize

But statutes are not LAWS, just rules of Corporate entity

  • @Louaner these statutes are probably there just for the city to make a few extra dollars at the expense of vendors, that is crappy.

  • @Louaner you honestly couldn't ask for a nicer police officer though.

  • @F35ize

Right, fraud in a nice way, still hurt my behind!

  • @F35ize So what, shouldn't the cop and his sidekick be out busting thieves armed robbers child molestors home invaders criminal banksters corrupt politicians drug dealers prostitution rings who smuggle in slaves and the child porn industry? Nah they should be busting some poor bastard trying to get by? Some of you Americans have your value system severely turned upside down and then some

  • @SouthernCross33 its not like all of that bad stuff you are talking about is happening...alll the time. this was probably just this cop's normal beat or patrol route and he didn't have much going on that day. he's just doing his job and he's pretty nice about it, he even wants to buy a pie!

  • 4:56 How much are your pies? No,no I can't BUY a pie. hint,hint. wink,wink.

  • He shoulda gave the police some pies instead of magna carta line! he might have gotten off the hook.

  • @grand778

No this cops is on a mission of suppressing God's given rights, He is working for Satan. You don't negotiate with Satan, you must FIGHT.

  • minus the wind this is a good piece of video

  • The officer SO wanted a pie!

  • I'd love to deal with this officer, than most of the OPP, respectful and polite. Just because these morons are to cheap to pay for the permit they need, as according to the city, for using public domain to sell his good, doesn't give them the right to ignore our laws. If you immigrated here, learn the laws and follow them, or go the fuck back home. The permits pay for administrative fee's that your neighbors don't want to pay for you out of tax money, also what a waste of court time and money...

  • @Arlumas

I suggest you take a refresher course in Law before you comment again on this subject.

  • @Louaner Why? Because i know the simple fact that some idiot in an office has to push papers through for a vendor being set up? Let him pay for that himself, i don't want my tax dollars going to pay for it. But then again, referring to ALL cops as Satanists says a lot about you.

  • policy officers

  • Typical of these stereo type arabs, rant and whine with poitless arguments against people of the community and the police trying to protect their safty. They seem to forget the country accepted to take them in as a refugee and spend alot of tax money in form of asylum! You should be gratefull or move back if its so better there where the country you fled from.

  • @Cokamonkey

I guess you live by theNile

  • Comment removed

  • @Cokamonkey

How ignorant of the Law can you be and arrogant about defending stupidity? You rascist remarques are typical of a brainwashed dick, go back to your hole.

  • @Cokamonkey well heres some news.. if this gentleman lives in your community then he is part of your community.

  • @Cokamonkey name me an arab that sells apple pie and jams in the freezing cold?

  • lol its seems as if the officer is totally sympathetic and understanding of the mans position, but as he explained, his job prevents him from allowing those feelings to interfere with his response.

  • if all police acted like this officer we would be living in a much better place.

  • @AlAnsikk i agree what a sound dude :)

  • not when your system is stacked in your favour

  • he works for big business

  • typical corrupt pieces of shit

  • I would actually like the name and precinct of this office, if anyone could possibly provide it!

  • @GodlyNoghri

Niagara Falls Station, Ontario, Constable Paul Lewis Badge# 9550

  • Louaner, you're right. I have to place the same comments everywhere because there are so many misguided, morons like you who continue to try to voice your little cult-like views of criminal law, the cops, and the government that little piss willy dolts like you sit around in your little cry baby circles and decry that I do get a certain thrill telling you how wrong you are. I've been a cop, I practice law in courts of law and when we hear this crap we just laugh at you. YOU DON'T KNOW THE LAW.

  • @pibcos

So you know better than the Supreme Court of Canada on these matters?

  • @pibcos this is under a by-law witch is not a law it is a "rule of a corporation"

there is no law that he has too pay if there is show it like this guy is saying and also "acts" are not "laws"

  • Louaner. Before you open the gaping hole on the front of your face attached to your pea brain, let me mention to you that I'm a retired Dallas Police Officer of over 17 years and after that I've been practincing criminal defense law for over 15 years so I think I speak with plenty of autority to tell you your idiotic views of criminal law are not grounded in statutes, facts or common sense. Take you free-man, corportation, civil law bull crap and shove it. YOU ARE WRONG, END OF STORY.

  • he was totally going to buy a pie, too bad u guys didn't pay the vendor fee

  • @aikeno7777

Except the only reason he came was to expel the vendor !

    Try again troll!

  • I commend the gentleman claiming his common law rights..but also for the officer's patience and explanation...he was peaceful and kind.

  • 10 / 10 For Patience & Discussion :

  • @kaplash

Being polite and patient does not make it right, he is still commiting FRAUD and RACKETERING

  • chk Jordan Maxwell, Robert Menard, John Harris Lectures on U Tube ; Peace :

  • OMG you jerk idiots and that "common law", "have to agree by contract CRAP". If that were true how would anyone get arrested for anything, anywhere, anytime.... "Yea, I killed the little old lady but I didn't sign a contract agreeing to abide by the murder statute." HAHA MY GOD YOU people are freaking NUTS!!!!! THE COP is Right, you and your fellow nuts make this crap up... I forgot you cart out the Magna Carta like its the law!!!!! OMG. SUCK IT FOOLS

  • @pibcos

Before you open your clap go study the law. The police services is a corporation, the officer are the agent of the corporation, all the acts, rules and by-law are to be obey by the members of that corporation or one affiliated to them like the municipal, provincial, federal employees or you have a contract with them to perform a fonction of government. article 32 of the Canadian Constitution. A valid contract must provide full disclosure, when did they provided this info?

  • @pibcos

You are spaming troll, you place the same comment everywhere!

  • @Louaner

Are all those laws that you broke that the Sergeant mentions at 7:32 come under Misdemeanour or Criminal charges?

  • @79Testo

    I broke no law.

  • @Louaner

I hear you. He makes it sound so though.

Sorry if it sounded like i was implying.

He's extremely arrogant with you. But you probably realized that.

  • Canada has the nicest cops. You don't often see this kind of patience with American police officers.

  • Never underestimate the power of PIE!!!

  • I'm from N.Y.C. and i don't believe he is a cop, cops don't act this human. This must be a training video of how to show "courtesy professionalism respect" I think every cop should watch this every morning or when their shift starts for the first month.

  • The vendor is so in the right. Good job!

  • pay the fucking vendor fee...thats all i was thinking when this really nice officer was trying to explain to you everything you did wrong and you were denying it.

  • @snflift

Being polite does not make it right, he is still commiting FRAUD.

  • @Louaner

Buddy, I admire your guts but you are ridiculous in your claim. The Parks Rec people told you by WRITTEN LETTER to stay OFF the PREMISES. I sell stuff too, and you need to pay the fee. It sucks but that's the way it is. This sergeant had a lot of patients with you.

  • @Louaner

This sergeant is arrogant with you. I find that annoying. The job has gone to their head.

  • @snflift Chapter 41 Magna Carta: All merchants may safely and securely go out of England, and come into England, and delay and pass through England, as well by land as by water, for the purpose of buying and selling, free from all evil taxes, subject to the ancient and right customs.

It was extended to all places under british common law, not just england.

  • thumbs down to the wind

  • This Canadian cop is actually nice and polite!

  • Protection Racket

  • Show any other corporation besides that can make you buy their empty boxes at gunpoint.

  • WHAT!!! you won't give me a free pie. Well FUCK YOU A!!

  • I see you have big issues up there in Canada huh

  • can any1 show me any evidance dhat any1 owns anything?

  • paperwork, democratism, communism, common law, country, countries, affidavits, uniform commercial code, oaths, jurisdiction, constitution, bill of rights, blacks law dict, legality, inalienable/unalienable, freeman, human, civil, criminal, sovereign, acts, statutes, national, international treaties, legislation, etc,? its all hearsay, fictitious & ambiguous, all we need is a meeting of the minds. type in imbatman57 in youtube & talkshoe.com.... peace

  • Bummer, but he was a decent cop, you might get killed in the states for even questioning a cop, especially with a camera. Us poor struggling folks are screwed...

  • Ya ok and who is they City.. we are!

  • The guy probably forgot to reply to the Notice with a Claim of Right . He has to let them know he doesn't consent to it, point out the law (common law rights), and justifications why. But now he's got to actually physically go to court and do it there, and if he doesn't do it properly, he will have to pay the fine.

  • @MoonPeeps0304

Thank you for your opinion and support, I am now engaged into a civil suit against the City and the Police services

  • @Louaner How many court cases are you in? This is the third movie youve uploaded that I watched that says because of this your in a court case against the police

  • @flute1234

Yes I am now in a civil suit for damage

  • @MoonPeeps0304

Yes they had my claim of right prior to this even.

  • Very nice officer, with class and respect. Totally.

  • I'm gonna address the QC reference here. My hears tell me he is more french than that but less than Parisian. Breton?

Anyway, I would setup shot right before and after what the act (not law) says the hours are.

Do you have your proof of resignation from the de-facto authorities? Do you still have the proof of lien on your rights? Birth Certificate, Drivers License, HR number?

Love that cop though. I would not want to debate with him on the finer point of the (illegitimate) acts

  • He won't be partial by buying a pie. Is he not paid by the corporation? Is that not being partial? He is being paid by the corp. so naturally he is quite partial. Right or wrong, that officer deserves applause. He is a fine gentleman and knows exactly what he is doing. He is a fine "GENTLEMAN"!

  • Also, enforcing a statute is not 'acting out of uniform without mutual consent'. Let me know how that line went over in court. Congratulations on publicly embarrassing yourself. I feel bad for the pie vendor, who seems like a fairly decent man, but this cameraman is a fool.

  • this is retarded... theres no loss of rights there.... he didnt pay his vendor fee. if he was not allowed to use the place while others did, and was denied the right to pay the fee then yes your having your rights violated. You ppl must be from quebec..

  • @MrSmokingfly You obviously have no idea what you are talking about. Get an eduction and come back in 20 years you may have learn something in the meantime.

  • why don't you explain how i'm wrong instead of just being ignorant... your from Quebec from sure.. first of all the police was acting for someone whom owned the property... its fully legal and i don't know what your getting at. so basically anyone has the right to sell whatever they want on whomever s property they choose? no... they don't stop making up flim flam they didnt shut the guy beside you down? why? is he in on the conspiracy? lol your stupid go learn provincial law...

  • If the man never sent you a letter saying don't freaking come on my property because your not willing to pay your vendors fee... dude your completely 100% in the wrong if you want to do what your doing, buy your own parking lot and start your own farmers market.... its because of ignorant people like you that we have a lot of problems. Your not educated, you tried making a big deal over something really really small.. and unfortunately you looked really stupid, and you cut out bits and pieces.

  • @MrSmokingfly Also all of these "Acts" that the cop is stating are not LAW. And acts only apply to the corporation. In which case the city the cops are representing. It even states in these acts they only apply to "LEGAL PERSONS engaging in business for the corporation" or something to that wording .. Which means your working for the government. This is why cops ask for your LEGAL NAME. They are trying to get jurisdiction. The vendor had every right to conduct business.

  • @Gryphyn3 Yeah, all of what you say is babble. You were trespassing, you got smacked by police back in line. Suck it up, grow a pair. AND SELL YOUR FUCKING PIES IN A SANCTIONED 24/7 MARKET. Srsly expect your profits to grow arguing with cops all day, if your argument was legitimate why didnt the honey salesman stand up? Probably because he did his process legally.

  • @MrSmokingfly the reason the honey saleman didn't say anything and why most people don't is because were taught from a young age in school that we have to listen to the government. That the police are the authority representing the law. Which is true in part. The police only represent the law in specific circumstances. The rest of the time they are supposed to act as peace officers. The government is supposed to answer to the people. Why are they called public servants?

  • @Gryphyn3 An Act of Parliament is a statute (commonly called a law) enacted as primary legislation by a national or sub-national parliament. That officer on all levels had the authority to represent the indiviuals that act was protecting. Again all the stuff you are saying is just babble. Nothing to back it up

  • @MrSmokingfly Yes I agree partly. However, the criminal code ONLY comes into effect when one person harms another, steals or damages another person's property. So the cop didn't have the jurisdiction under the criminal code. He only had jurisdiction as a peace officer in which he could not legally keep that guy from walking where he wanted to as long as it was public property. He was using it as a tactic to trick the guy into showing him what was in the bag.

  • @MrSmokingfly If the guy had opened the bag and let the cop look in it then he was then volunteering to be under the jurisdiction of criminal law. It's all about jurisdiction. This is why they usually ask for Drivers License or Birth Certificate .. because they you fall under different jurisdictions. Under the charter which supersedes all laws or statutes it clearly says the government cannot detain anyone.

  • @MrSmokingfly

Go back to your cave and just shut up, this is public property, asshole!

  • @Louaner Nice explanation there buddy... any basic education will inform you that you are actually in violation of law. I am looking forward to an explanation of how this is a violation of your 'common law rights'. Je pense que le fils qui avait le caméra parle anglais plus terrible que l'homme québécois...

  • @Louaner wow....your idiot ive actually read that law...

  • @MrSmokingfly No corporation has the right to bill you for something without an agreement made. In this case. The city is trying to charge this guy for selling pies which is his right to conduct private business. The city which is a corporation and the police work for the corporation and not the people except as peace officers. If you research this stuff you will find out the whole government system is a scam. You can also see the cop says "ACT" such and such "ACT" which is not LAW.

  • @Gryphyn3 Um if your on my property and i have a sign on it that says no trespassing and you go and sell pies on my lawn expect a fine and the police to escort you off. The man didnt even have an agreement to sell his products on the property he was their illegally from the get go. No idea what your talking about people dont have the right to do whatever the hell they want. Try being a business owner and people going out of there way like this guy to make your life hard. Poor officer.

  • @MrSmokingfly there is a difference between private property and public. This video happened on public property. So in that case why do we pay the government to publicly owned land? It's like going to a park .. the city cannot charge you a fee to use the land. Also in the charter of rights and freedoms or bna act (forget exactly which) is we are allowed by right to conduct business free from government interference to conduct private business.

  • 4:55 "I have to stay impartial, I cannot buy a pie...mmm.. Apple?" LOL

  • Comment removed

  • That was one remarkably polite, well spoken and informed revenue officer. That said the policeman was still acting as a revenue collector for a corporation. As a sovereign your right to sell pies comes from god, not from statutes, legislative bodies, municipalities or those who profess to have authority over you. You are on the right track and I am grateful that you have provided a nice case study for those interested in sovereignty. At least in this time things didn't turn nasty.

  • he understood them just ignored it

    just pwn em in court

  • he was a nice guy but he really didn't get anything you were trying to say to him :(
