You think Peter Gabriel would at least show up at Genesis' induction into the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame, being the founder and all. I mean even Steve Hackett was there. But nooooo! I think Peter's too full of himself now to tell you the truth.

@mrdudelz With respect, I think that interpretation couldn't be more wrong. Besides knowing that Peter is one of the most humble guys you could ever meet, the explanation could much more likely be he felt that it represented only small part of his life's work (and not what he feels is his best) and that he also did not want to take credit from the rest of the band whose input to what was the life and history of Genesis was far more significant and deserving of the recognition.

The 'Peter' at 1:01 isn't Peter, but the lead singer of The Musical Box, a fantastically acurate cover band. You can tell by looking at 'Mike' in the same picture, who also isn't Mike, because Rutherford is a right-handed guitar player, and the double-neck there is played left-hand.

nice vieo with some rare pics and nice tune in background in te beggining was the start for something new for genesis alot of people think that 'revalation' wasn't that good but i have to say that i agree with jon king who produced it it is a good not great but good album to listen to when in a simple mood well done !!!!!! ;-)
