I have a queston for you. I've been working outside a lot lately, shoveling stone dust,dirt and moving bricks,and doing push ups(I'm trying to get stronger over the summer vacation, I'm 14 years old), anyways my stocmach is really sore, I can only do 3 push ups before the pain becomes really uncomfortable. Is this normal after working a lot? Also I hav'nt been doing any excercises that directly effect my stomach(that I know of)
@slerbo Stomach muscles get used during push-ups too. You get sore when you start exercising muscles you rarely use, so it's normal for your stomach muscles to become sore too. It should go away in a few days.
I would reccomend keeping your eyes looking forward, i,e your head turned up. It helps keep a straight back, and you dont have to sniff the floor lol. also you can judge how far down your going a lot eaiser.

Thankfully your demonstrations are quickly followed by text and I was able to figure out that the previous push up was one of the mistakes. I give this video four starts:)

My least favorite thing about doing push up is: sniffing the dirty floor.
It's just not comfortable, even after I clean it.
