  • I have a queston for you. I've been working outside a lot lately, shoveling stone dust,dirt and moving bricks,and doing push ups(I'm trying to get stronger over the summer vacation, I'm 14 years old), anyways my stocmach is really sore, I can only do 3 push ups before the pain becomes really uncomfortable. Is this normal after working a lot? Also I hav'nt been doing any excercises that directly effect my stomach(that I know of)

  • @slerbo Stomach muscles get used during push-ups too. You get sore when you start exercising muscles you rarely use, so it's normal for your stomach muscles to become sore too. It should go away in a few days.

    Thats normal its a part of the training 'NO Pain No Gain"

  • @TheLaresistance i aint doing something that would damage my wrists and give me a bad wrist, might as well do something else

  • I would reccomend keeping your eyes looking forward, i,e your head turned up. It helps keep a straight back, and you dont have to sniff the floor lol. also you can judge how far down your going a lot eaiser.

  • are you supposed to lock ur elbows like hes doing ??? they always say keep them slightly bent never lock them like that ..

  • My least favorite thing about doing push up is: sniffing the dirty floor.

    It's just not comfortable, even after I clean it.

  • Wow, this helped so much! Can't believe I've been doing them wrong all these years, I did 3 sets of 12 in the morning and 3 sets in the night, in one day I can already feel a lot of growth in my chest and tri's that I haven't felt before! Excellent video!!!!!!!!

  • I was fast forwarding your video to actual execution and landed on one of your mistakes. Had I not known it was previousely posted in text, I would have misunderstood your video. Thankfully your demonstrations are quickly followed by text and I was able to figure out that the previous push up was one of the mistakes. I give this video four starts:)
