First of all, thank you for your great videos. I follow them all and the result i great! You have no idea what big of an impact your vids to some people.
Now, my issue: My V-shape at the bottom is not symmetrical at all. I got abs, but the V is barely not visible. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, do you have any tip?

Right now I've been taking in about 100g of fat a day, along with doin this abs workout. I have abs, but there is a small layer of fat over it, what do you think an appropriate amount of fat intake is for someone 5'11" 150?
