They are from The Chase Hospice which is a hospice for young people and children with fatal conditions. Simon is very active with the Chase and other hospices like it around Great Britain. This just shows another side of Simon, and why many people say he's such a great guy. It was said, these kids phone him and talk to him regularly. He's a great guy, really.

I agree Susanna is adorable, it makes me feel very sad that these children are terminally ill, most likely from Cancer related illness. That is why most of these children are under hospice care. I haven't worked in Pedriatric nursing since I was a young nurse. It is hard to see a young child die and to see the greiving family.
