The rare earth is key elements to make magnet ten time strength. It is key metal to make advance technology work, aircraft, green car, wind turbine, bullet train,...down to basic as computer. China is the lower cost producer rare earth and have eighty percent rare earth resource in the world or more. China is resource superpower. I know this 20 years ago.

Yeah this is bullshit. China has over 50% of world reserves and all of the necessary production equipment. This is purely political. Trying to get other high tech countries to manufacture high tech products domestically from china and secure well paying, skilled jobs for tens of millions of migrants from the countryside to cities while also gaining access to manufacturing secrets.
