Do you have any training courses about how to wholesale real estate? Dean Graziosi's book is coming up a little short :)

Great video!!! The flip flops are definitely the best part ... that and the picture of Dave and I with the #1 sign ... right after Canada robbed the US hockey team of the gold medal just like we're gonna rob you guys of the REI Blog championships this year AGAIN. :)
