ok lets do this,,, its friday and im in a good mood,, to all elvis fans, what is youre best memory or story of elvis??? i love to hear them. mine is he found out one of his guys stole his tcb ring and had some pictures of his wife to. and attempted to fly away with them. so from what i heard elvis took him off the plane and got his ring back. anybody here ever been to his concerts?? or anything funny?? sad?? or just heard?? thank you for youre time. rock the heavens king

i (obviously) love this song. and the guy at 0:10 is right. i dont think that Elvis is the King of Rock n Roll, i mean he is, but i think hes more of the King of Music all together because his voice could dominate in singing ever genre of music, including rock n roll, country, gospel, etc. his voice was just simply a gift from God that we all will never forget.

Don't get me wrong, I like Elvis as much as anybody, but I think Lennon and McCartney actually WROTE a couple of their hit songs (and by a couple I mean pretty much ALL of them)

Ok but to take anyone else's song and make it better and make it a fooking HIT? That is what a true artist does. It doesn't make one bit of difference what songs he wrote (truth is he cowrote many) it is his personalite, showmanship and artistry and PIPES that made him who he was. A true KING. Long live Elvis!
