yes ive seen LOADS of these every where, best time to look is when the leave have fallen off all the tree and these still have loads of leaves, ive seen them in UK ESSEX, on the m25 between the A13 and A127 near dartford tunnel, and theres is others that a stick, looks like it been hit by lighting, but theres a small airel sticking out top with a fench around it
