@eR0ck1nit I did it the hard way. A drill press , angle grinder, dremmel, lathe and torch with a prybar to get the flare. I port matched with the flanges befor I put the manifold together. I was going for an old school look. If I were to do it again, I would gowith a bigger engine and I would machine all the holes and ports into blocks of aluminum. check out frost.bbboy.net under the conversion pictures. @PapaQuark Thanks. It was one of the smaller suby motors, but with the dual carb setup I made it ran the 1/4 mile in the 16's. I had it over 80mph by the end of the freeway on ramps a couple of times.

looks clean, no problems keeping up with the traffic on the freeways now I imagine ;-)
