@Roxas0987654321 Roxas, I feed 15 comfortably every holiday with a 20-22 pound bird. (We also have side dishes, which impacts how much of the main course people tend to eat.) I'm a big man and comfortable handling a large bird. For 20 people I think a 26-28 pound bird would do the job, but two 14-15 pounders would be a lot easier to manage.
