To think I was actually working there when Benobve filmed this! Alot of rebuilding going on which explains the lifts not working - due to be replace no doubt.
Does anyone know anything of the haunted lift in the hospital ?, it is reputed to never have worked properly after a Nurse was murdered in it by a mental patient some years ago.
@TheToploaderwasher The first lift not working had been turned out of service for some reason.
The evans dumbwaiter looked rusty like it hadn't been used for ages.
The next lift wasn't working as someone had left the door open and I couldn't get to the floor where it was left (I am anoyed about this as this lift looked very intresting).
The next lift (old otis) looked like it had stopped working and nobody had bothered to repair it.
At 02:47, you said the elevator was a unknown brand. Watch this video from Prague, Czech Republic: watch?v=C0MiB6kNtAU. I dunno the brand, but it looked quite similar, so I hope this helps.

I seen those buttons on lift at 03:00 on a platt schindler in Wycombe, shame most old lifts are not working

at 10:35 the dumbwaiter looked like it had been switched off.
the next lift did not have any way of calling it from the outside.
