I had my first beef in nearly two weeks yesterday; some hamburger in spaghetti. Apparently it turned out cool.
I'm finding that I will be much more selective about my food as a result of doing a 7 day cleanse. Sting beans cooked in ham (you know how we do) are a definite no-no.
It took nearly three days for my first elimination but after that, it turned out okay. Be sure to take the probiotics.
My body really wants to do the MC again. Ahh! I'm still working on my mind, though. I don't know about you, but for me it feels like time goes by slowly on the MC. It actually feels like I'm mentally present for every moment, since I'm not cooking, shopping, eating, or just staring in the the frige, making sure my food didn't run away :). That's one of my favorite things about the MC.
I understand about the eating out with friends part because friends often pressure u2 eat really bad food.
It was great. During that time, I was coming out of a lengthy depression and the cleanse was my catalyst to a better and more healthy life-outlook. So, as long as I ate decently, I felt great emotionally and physically. Well unfortunately, after the 1st cleanse (the you tube was my 2nd I went back to eating junk, & once again, I began 2feel like junk. The master cleanse is a great way to begin a new life. It's the commitment to the new lifestyle that is the true challenge, at least for me.
I hear ya. I think that eating healthy after the cleanse is going to be the hard part. Because eating out with friends is a huge part of my social life. I think that I am going to have to be very conscience of what I am putting in my body. PLUS, I do not want to regain all the weight that i lost.
I lost 10lbs in 7 days. I weigh myself every 7 days so I am going to weigh myself again tomorrow for the final weigh in. So stay tuned. It will be in my video tomorrow.
Hey MJK. Congrats on the success of your cleanse. I am seriously considering doing it again. In fact, I thought I might start tomorrow, but I want to make sure that I'm totally in the game, mentally. Keep up the good work. You're looking great.
JK, you go, boy!
