It was 1984 or 1985 when they passed this show on TV here in Costa Rica, I was 14 years old and I never lost to view. I remember that I thought "Lavender" was seen as tired of his role. But the others worked very fine. It was a good series. I do not know why only aired one season. Of course, I was in love with Kristie Alley! She was an angel! jajajaj :-)
LOVED this show, though I might not care for it now. I was so young then. Seems like it didn't last long & I know I regretted it being gone. But I always remembered the theme music, though it's not quite like what I THOUGHT it was, hearing it after many years.
And I thought it had a gloved ladies hand slowly turning over, opening, revealing a hand full of diamonds. But that MAY be from another TV movie of that time, "Master Of The Game", by Sidney Sheldon. READ the book! WATCH the movie! GREAT!
I thought this was a good show; it should had been on a diffrent night it would had done better anything up against Dallas on friday nights was murder (no pun intended).
i was in military intelligence at the time this was on and we had a fit. they were using methods we had learned about ! either someone had a really good imagination or an insider was spilling the beans. maybe that's why it got pulled after a season.
This was a great show that was cancelled way too soon. For years I thought I was the only one who remembered it. Great theme song and awesome premise for a show. This takes me back for sure
Like many others here, I also fondly remember this all too short lived series...funny that it starred Rod Taylor, one of the actors who had turned down the role of 007 in the first Bond movie! lol
I can't believe someone else remembers this awesome show! Really cool premise: ordinary people are tapped to go on a spy mission because of their unique talents. This was a cool show with a too short of a life.
wow...like one of the previous posters said.....i'll soon be turning 40 in november this year and was 12 going on 13 when this show was on, however, although i don't really remember the details of any one episode i certainly remember that song and intro....notice how its sung in the style of the roger moore era bond themes ("for your eyes only" and "octopussy" especially) never thought i'd see that again ..i love YT for that very reson
I was just a kid when this show premiered. I never forgot it or the music. Thanks for posting it and I hope you leave the video up so that others can take their own trip down memeory lane.

Really enjoyed this show when it was out. Should be updated and brought back... would watch TV again if shows like this were on.

CAPTIVATING!. Best tv intro ever.

Interesting, they used a fuse rather than a detonator with the plastic explosive. Doesn't really make sense.

I still remember this show, even though I was only 6 or 7 when it was on! Didn't last long enough. Loved the theme song!

Uneven credits, the shots of Evigan and Alley look cheap compared to the rest of the footage.

It is curious that Kirstie Alley takes second position in the credits as she had never starred in a major TV series as Greg Evigan had twice before.

Those were the days when Kirstie Alley was slim and pretty.
