@WyldOrbit It is possible. Our technology, even if it is primitive, it is an unknown to them. It is possible that radar data and codes caused badfunction to their systems. It's like a virus or something like that. Or like taking a common decease to an unonexplored place. For other things, even our atmosphere could be toxic to them, we don't have to think that if they can travel around the galaxy, means that they are not in danger interacting with different technology and enviroment.

Well the thing is, if we (and every news agency in the world) believes documents that wikileaks submit without revealing their sources, why should we not believe a document released by an actual official organisation?

With all the weird fake shit out there i really don't know what to believe :(, on one hand i'm thinking, 'wow!, it's got to be legit because of the source', but on the other hand, this report 'could' have been staged -easily- and on another hand, the report could have been biased(it is dated 1950 and not 1947).
