what if low is reading 30-35 psi and high reading 50-55 psi?

I get no cold air. Static reading 115 L&H. Running 120 L&H. I hear the clutch engauge only for a few secounds. Low side tube not cold when running. Could this be the compressor? I have 120K on the odometer, and I live in florida.
