Androids should be all high end, mid and low end should be java or bada thing OS. You probably can't do many of the Android attributes at 600 mhz.(no flash, most of the games aren't going to work, bad internet navigation with lag everywere and apps lags like twitter or Facebook with their recent updates).

Wtf low end? At 600 mhz this is dump end. Low end is 1 ghz single core, mid is the iPhone 4 and 4s, high is the galaxy s2 with a 1.2 ghz dual core exynos, not that ti opam or snapdragon.
