You CAN NOT world hop to buy more bird meats from the shop. Jagex has it fixed so that once you buy the stock out on one world the stock on a different world is bought out. All of the worlds are linked....

Just a quick word, you cannot world hop to buy more stock. As they new shops have individual stock for each player it is the same on every world. The only way you can buy more is if there is another shop which sells them, or by waiting for them to come back. Hope that helps =]
