Oh, dear Julie...!!!! Seeing this video, i just don't know what to say... i miss hearing and feeling you sing as you once did - and hearing the middle range of your voice still there brought me to tears. Can't wait to hear all about your concert at the O2 Arena next year. In 1965 you sang the words..."and I'll sing once more.." and yes, you will. xoxoxo
it is definitely improving - she has said so herself. At any rate I've heard her in different clips singing more than an octave range, which is a lot for anyone who had a botched surgery on the vocal folds. Great job Julie!
I don't know why Julie calls this 'speak-singing' as far as I'm concerned it might not be what she had before but she's definitely singing and she's doing so well considering there is vocal chord damage! I wish she would do this more often but I suppose it is painful for her.
This is so amazing. There are the remnants of that lovely soprano. Its just the middle of her voice that is gone but hopefully that could one day be restored.
She sounds so good considering everything. I am so proud of her!! Jules, you are still in there, aren't you? Love you.
