In a school project my teams alternate macbeth rendition we had to alter something about this scene so we gave each witch a radically different personality but the same dialog - First Witch (Crone) a crabbed old women who kept forgetting her lines, Second Witch (Mother) bored middle aged who couldnt be bothered, Third Witch (Maiden) a crazed hippy chick who rapped her lines ... just goes to show how different you can make a scene without changing any of Shakesperes words
