@anuskaleok No, but it can hit minions if you happen to hit a champion. The arrow has a slight AOE capability behind it, if you've ever hit a an enemy champ in the midst of minions (Such as to protect a turret) you can see the gold pop up from the minions, because your arrow technically killed them on impact with the champion. Look up her ability on LoL wiki, or any MOBA info site, and it will tell you the exact mechanics behind it. I doubt he stole baron with it still though ;)

@MegaEugenios it is the 'autumn' version of the 5v5 map so the winter one. I think that the matchmaking system changes the map from normal to autumn randomly. However its up to the patch that League of Legends is running. There are Halloween maps etc. It depends to the period that you are playing.
