  • like im really gonna do this so i can smoke my joint....

  • djphilmore

I'm guessing you don't do a lot of anything, but I'll bet you'd try it if you had a joint and were stuck in the woods without fire????lol

  • AWESOME, George Thurgood in the background....

  • George Thorogood! :D

  • Large garage with two of the three big doors open. One kept closed so the wind wouldn't affect my chances.

    Sorry, don't have editing software.

  • yes, lets make a fire in a closed off garage!

    carbon monoxide poisoning is nothing!

lol but no, cool video, but u should have described making the groove and what u put in the groove, instead of like a minute of u blowing into the fire ( could have just edited a chunck of it out).

  • ''hahahaha!''

  • Well done. It's actually not that easy unless you know what you're doing.

  • wut did u use

  • @matthuelee678

Basically, just some wood and string found in the backyard.

  • you wont die in the jungle lol

  • if i carry a longbow and blunt arrow and the police stop me, i shall say " its just in case anyone asks me for a light".

  • ah-haha

Yup, it's a great sense of accomplishment when one gets it right, especially the first time.

  • Thanks for this: )

  • what a dork, a bow is just a bent piece of wood. You can tie a string or shoe lace around the ends of it, for it to work. This is one of the ways indians did it years ago.

  • You might want to get your facts straight. Ellektrikaa is in her mid 30's, not me.

  • hes right.. anyone should be able to figure it out..

  • does this works with any type of dry wood?

  • "HAHAHA!"

  • hello.. i am qa scout.. cat u tell me how the rope should be tie.. and what branches u use.. it is so interesting..

  • I just used a piece of rope I found, tie it to both ends of the 'bow' not too tight, as you want to be able to twist the 'drill' into it.

  • sweet, im gonna try it. LOL nice vid wish me luck!

  • "Bwuahahaaa"

  • Can u please tell me all the things i need to do that.Like all the parts and how to make em.For example, the thing that you put the stick in to make ashes and the thing you hold in your hand and all of that.Thanks.

  • caveman

  • LOL

  • No, it will sharpen itself after a few spins. The trick I found was to have the stick (spindle) very close the edge of the board at the bottom, and after it carves a hole in it, you cut a V notch at the edge of the board and into the hole. That way the hot coals get deposited out the notch.

  • does the stick need to be sharp

  • LOL ..." ahahha!!"

  • hal0today, I just used some rope and branches I found in the backyard.

  • i cant do it cos i dnt ave equipment u make it look so easy

  • heh lol

  • pretty awesome

  • tite, and mooseface ur a little right XD
