@Johnxee88 thanks man but it seems something is wrong in the PMP not in the USB cord. So i will just get a SD card.:). one thing i want to know; is there fm radio in PMP.

Because in my paper and everything i got it says that there is fm radio too.

Hi, we dont sell that product any more and i do not have the machine to find out how to reset it, but there should be a small hole some where, maybe on the back, that is a reset button, put a pin in it and push it for at least 5 seconds, that should reset the MP4, as for getting videos and pictures off it, i would guess you need to buy a cable for it, i hope this helps,

@collinskeishon is there a reset button on it? If there is then try to reset it. I had an mp3 player that froze up a few times after transfering files and then refreshing it. All i did was refresh and viola! It went back to working. Cheers, hope that helps.
