I had the EGPD report where dad admits putting hands on daughters throat, she had an eye witness, then I puled CPS report where CPS writer states detectives say Dad never touched daughter mom made it up. I had the report from EGPD roster name and numbers of the 3 eye witnesses who called 911. When I went to EGPD captain asked him to correct this. He mad it very clear I should not come back to his office. Yes this crap happens good old CA USA....
The point is WHY are the police covering it up, why is CPS not investigating claims or confirming complaints before reporting as a fact to a court mediator. Why is a court mediator who writes case is high and conflicting leaving out all data against dad, does not confirm any of the facts, before passing to the Superior Ccourt? The whole system is a tredmill and its corrupt. Is it bribes? Is it leaning toward pedophillla? I dont know do you?

I know women leave because their children were abused, molested, the parent was doing drugs, verbally and emotionally abusive. I had been trying to leave, had called the police when son was hit--police asked dad what happened, dad says "hey Im just doing your job so you dont have to do it".. police said ok. Son diagnosed with PTSD age 7.

Parental Alienation Syndrome is up for inclusion in the DSM...make no mistake it is simple. Its child abuse. The family courts also engages in court mandated child alienation too. There needs to be an intermediate organisation who are fully training in understanding the role children are playing in this. If your being alienated DO NOT wait for the alienator to change their behaviour. The chronic Narcissistic Parental Alienator doesn't change. The famaily courts are failing children everyday
The solution to all this is quite simple, make joint physical legal custody rebutal presumption. Once both parents are treated equally, then you put a stop to a lot of the problems. There are no more winners and no more losers, just parents and kids.
You will have to kick the state out and put the corrupt courts on a short leash. That leash is the rule of law! Motivate the parents to behave themselves by showing them how to get along and everybody gets a deal they can live with.
Most attorneys & women's supporters advise moms to make False Abuse Allegations as normal, primary means to win custody & divorce, winner takes all. 3/4 of divorced DADS in my area experience false allegations PLUS parental alienation.
Most parental alienation accompanies HER false allegations resulting in mothers having sole custody with most dads alienated from their kids.
Most GAL's & other court hangers-on support the rot lest they lose their seat at this banquet on children's flesh.
Our children have suffered from Extreme Parental Alienation for nearly nine years now. They have lost years of their childhood where it should have been joyous and stress free. Free to be children. However, our children have been physically, verbally and emotionally abused by their father as well as the abuse that is created with the alienation from their mother whom they begged courts, attorneys and 730 evaluators to live with. These people have facilitated further abuse by silencing them.
Money is the least of concerns - except that it costs so much to protect our kids. My ex has done everything in his power to interfere with and deny me contact with our son - and nothing is done about it. Why? because he's a psychologist, and has the money. So nobody takes the time to look at hte facts, and my little boy pays the price.
@tbrcbcac with all due respect to you if money is a least concern with you then that must mean you have money and you don't have to worry about money because money is not a least concern, having enough money really helps a person and really helps a family and also helps children unless parents aren't giving and providing properly to their children
@TheGoodSharer couldn't be further from the truth. I owe my attorney thousands of dollars, I barely scrape by each month, however, when I am addressing matters concerning my son, it is 100% about my son, not my pocketbook. I'll be bankrupt by what my son and I have been through, but there's no other option in my book. I'll fight to protect my child until he's no longer a victim or I am dead.
Do you and your co-workers honestly believe that this is "all about the money" and that there aren't good parents who haven't tried absolutely EVERYTHING?
There needs to be more awareness of this insidious cowardly abuse.
