This video was originally sent to HP directly in 2006. HP resolved the issue to the customer's satisfaction more than four years ago. HP also instituted a "no questions asked" technical support policy for all active duty soldiers and provides phone support at no charge even if the product is out of warranty. This policy remains in place today.
I have enough trouble keeping the 900 series units alive and 23/78 carts with no 'expiration date' are not very easy to refill and keep going, even by a trained veteran refiller who has expensive machines that are half of his printing business.

Did anyone see the red glowing bullet bounce off to the left? A tracer. This soldier did it exactly like he was trained: he fired then walked the bullets onto the target.

3) I'm willing to pay another $50 to keep our troops happy. Look: they're out there risking their lives, and leaving their wives and families for months at a time. Anything that I can do to help them is something that I'm willing to do.
I believe one of the liberties we, in north America, still enjoy is the freedom of speech!
