@MiThUn182 I actually use both. It depends on the song, style, speed, and genre. I usually use my fingers, which is used most often, but you'll find that with different genres there will be a range of styles. For instance, bands like Slipknot commonly use a pick, favoring speed over style, while bands like Twisted Sister and Bon Jovi use fingers. You have more control with fingers as well, but some people blister easy. If that happens you can lubricate the strings with cooking oil or something.

In general finger style is best all around, and for girls, definatley fuckin fingerstyle, you'll be amazed at the simmilarities between the two :)

Pick is also useful if u play something really fast. It can helps you keep up the pace if your fingers are not fast enough of they get tired in a short time. I prefer fingers also. It's more natural for me, but it is only a matter of taste if you play with a pick or with your fingers. But I always say: you gonna have more fun with the girls if you regularry exercise your fingers on your bass. XDD

there really isn't a better way in my opinion, i just prefer to use my fingers. it also depends on the style of music. using your fingers provides a warmer less edgy sound, pick cuts through more. so try both and see which you like more, it is good to be able to play both ways.

The only thing I feel like saying is you need to mute the strings. I hear during the song that you have two strings ringing simultaniously; and try picking your fingers up.

I'm trying to learn this myself, good job besides that.
