you've probably figured it out by now, but the part that wont snap together on the front is because you have his "shoulder pads" underneath facing outward. They have to face inward up against his face, then rotate his forearms so the nose lines up. A way to tell if it is right is the silver part should be on the bottom. its a pain but looks a lot nicer in Jet mode when everything is snapped together.
