This scene is total confirmation that they are so deeply in love with eachother, and it's just their pride alone that stands in their way. They are both too stubborn to cave in first. It's ridiculous and yet SO Chuck and Blair. It's difficult to determine who will be the first to say those three words, although I think it may be Chuck. He was after all the one that started it first, as Blair put it.

This was just heartbreaking!!! "When you didn't I wanted to die." How incredibly sad!!! That's when the tears just came out!! I thought Chuck was soo mean to her on the rooftop and Blair held back because of Dan!! Luckily Dan redeemed himself by meeting Chuck in the stairwell! Chuck also did when he went to see her! Man to many feelings about this episode!
