Wikipedia Admins like to abuse there power and of you don't agree with them fires what block. I'm one of the few that don't act like that with my wiki crat tools
@H1TMANactual you get a life. Just to get this straight that this is not Wikipedia, and I am not a Wikipedia administrator. This is a Wiki that no longer exists.
@6839174238 Nope, some anonymous editors using their IP address actually make constructive edits on Wikipedia. But they were always encouraged to create an account.
That time, I used something called ScribbleWiki. But you can Google search "make your own Wiki" or something like that. This "Travel guide wiki" is now non-existent due to some technical difficulties and lack of contributions.
Wikipedia rocks xD <3 as well as Wikimedia Wikitravel and Wikibooks. It gives me information I don't know as well as I can contribute to articles. I don't know why people keep on hating Wikipedians and Wikipedia and their sister-projects. =(
Wiki administrators notoriously act in a self-serving, self-interested manner. This is a growing realization throughout the Wiki & Internet communities. All you have to do is logon & view almost any administrator's talk pages & you'll see TONS of irate posts by people trying to post VALID Wiki topics who are getting their pages ARBITRARILY deleted by power-tripping admins. WHO CARES IF YOU CAN'T POST TO WIKI? Wiki sucks & is invalid by its very nature--a forum allowing anyone to edit info.
In order to be a Wikipedia administrator, you need to have some Wikipedia experience and make some good edits. You can check out WP:ADMIN on Wikipedia and if you feel ready, you can nominate yourself on WP:RFA. Other users vote support or oppose on your RFA and if more than like 80% of the votes on your RFA is support, you are an administrator. Be sure not to abuse your admin tools. I am not Wikipedia administrator, but I was an admin on a now-defunct Travel Guide Wiki (shown in this video)
Why do I care if he/she blocks me from editing? Do you really think I would go to bed at night crying, because I can't edit Wikipedia. Plus I have a dynamic IP and there are loads of bypasser sites, which you can use! You can also create a sockfarm of accounts and harvest it four months later, because checkuser runs out after four months! By the way, I'm probably gonna vandalise your shitty little Wiki now. I might invite my friends, as well!
My own Wiki is closed now, but if you vandalize Wikipedia and uses SOCKPUPPETS, YOUR SOCKPUPPET ACCOUNTS WILL GET BLOCKED AS WELL AND THINGS WILL ONLY GET WORSE TO YOU!! SO STOP SPAMMING THIS VIDEO AND POSTING VANDALISM THREATS BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT ONLY ANNOYING ME, BUT ALSO ANNOYING OTHER USERS INCLUDING NUMBER OF ADMINISTRATORS!!
@XxTylerRBxX I do agree on this, it does indeed suck, since innocent people could also be in the IP range and they could find themselves blocked. But in most cases it is a soft block,
Actually scrap that. Either you have imported wikipedia in its entirety (hence the existance of userpages who are unlikely to have edited your wiki) or the IP actually has vandalised your wiki as wll as en.wikipedia, because there were edits in there that are from en as well as your wiki.
This is Travel Guide Wiki. I founded it through ScribbleWiki. It is hosted by ScribbleWiki, and Wikipedia was not involved when I founded Travel Guide Wiki
Some of those edits were imported from wikipedia - the usernames shown are en.wikipedia users, including an admin. It seems rather a pointless to block an ip from editing when their edit was made to en.wikipedia not the scribble wiki.

@usarmymilitary First, I am not a Wikipedia admin. This is a Wiki that I once tried creating back in 2008.

If I'm in the mood, I might try to fuck this Wiki up. Last time I hit one, they had restore their database by several days :)

If you vandalize any Wiki and an administrator catches you, he/she will block you from editing, so don't do it.

On Wikipedia or any other Wikis (places where anyone can edit) it is possible for an administrator to block an IP address from editing.
