seems like a deacent workout, but you need to work on your form, your bum was way up in the air. keep your bum down and get even more core action and still reap the benifits of the glute and inner thigh
just because someone is a personal trainer doesn't mean the do everythin correctly, all i'm saying is get down on the ground and tell me where you feel more strain on your abs, with you ass up in the air like his or in the true plank position with a flat back ( straight line from heels to head) there are a ton of trainers out there that are well known but are worthless as trainers. not saying he is, i don't know him. just pointing out how to be more effective.
@trizterock It does.... A lot. I'm not exactly hurcules, far from it, but I'm far from being out of shape too. And I can't do it without my knees being on the ground.

The guy in the background doing extreme invisible jump-rope takes this workout to a whole new level of intense.

@summersunangelkisses Just based on what I have read in the past, I would say 10...that's just based on some of my observations. I'm no expert...
LuckyOrangeTabby08 1 year ago
@summersunangelkisses probably 3 sets of 10, that's the usual for a lot of exercises
