  • This us the guy who trains Victoria's Secret models

  • seems like a deacent workout, but you need to work on your form, your bum was way up in the air. keep your bum down and get even more core action and still reap the benifits of the glute and inner thigh

  • @ssj4kakarot

I'm sorry, but really? This guy is famous for his work as a personal trainer. Who are you?

  • @Sakananechan

just because someone is a personal trainer doesn't mean the do everythin correctly, all i'm saying is get down on the ground and tell me where you feel more strain on your abs, with you ass up in the air like his or in the true plank position with a flat back ( straight line from heels to head) there are a ton of trainers out there that are well known but are worthless as trainers. not saying he is, i don't know him. just pointing out how to be more effective.

  • grrrr i can barely hear him! get a better camera >=/

  • @bak0u thanks for pointing that out! so funny!

  • I kinda like the one with the roller in the background better...cuz this workout seems like it hurts...ouch!

  • @trizterock It does.... A lot. I'm not exactly hurcules, far from it, but I'm far from being out of shape too. And I can't do it without my knees being on the ground.

  • Ouch! That looks kinda painful if you are barely starting!

  • The guy in the background doing extreme invisible jump-rope takes this workout to a whole new level of intense.

  • @bak0u I'm really glad you pointed that out, because that might be the funniest thing I've seen all week.

  • how many reps of these should you do?

  • @summersunangelkisses yeah i would like to know too pleaseee

  • @summersunangelkisses Just based on what I have read in the past, I would say 10...that's just based on some of my observations. I'm no expert...

  • @summersunangelkisses probably 3 sets of 10, that's the usual for a lot of exercises
