This was my favourite song when I was young. I dont suppose babies really look out for how well made a puppet is, as they don't know any better. There are plenty of cartoon programmes that will always remain my favourite as they were special to me in my childhood. So stop analysing it and enjoy it if it was special in your childhood too :)

What has the fact that it is 20 years old got to do with anything? Mobile phones may have been shit 20 years ago but I don't think puppet technology has changed all that much. This is shit because they made it shit, it would have been shit if they made it 40 years ago or if they made it 20 days ago. It is shit because they weren't trying hard enough.
