The great Fernando Valenzuela aka "El toro de Choguaquila".. He is such a great athlete than even though his playing days in the MLB are history he still keeps playing baseball in the MEXICAN baseball league.. GO DODGERS...
I know how to get a free fernando valuezuea autograph baseball! first you have to go to a dodger game, second after the 7th inning go to the vince scully pressbox. and third he will come out and sign autos. you have to be there quick because he goes fast to the elevator
Fernando Valenzuela was my favorite Dodger pitcher of all time. My mom and dad used to always take me and my brother to the Dodger game everytime Fernando pitched. He belongs in the Hall of fame
You forgot to have him holding a beer can - Just A Detroit Tigers fan trying to be helpful. I'm also a baseball fan so I feel it's in my place to point this out - nice portrait nonetheless. The Dodgers can't score worth a damn. Years of misery. Seeing this portrait being done is more offensive and entertaining than the pansy Dodgers offense.
definitely hot dogs, and nachos, pizza, cokes, burgers, pasta, enchiladas, burritos...he was an athlete, they need to load themselves like that, well, they did in the old days
Awesome!! Another fine creation. And sorry, but I'm gonna be selfish here and say FINALLY!!! lol. soon I can put bust it out....if you know what I mean.
FINALLY!!!! is right! bust it out and show it with pride! i need to wait 2 more days for it to dry some more and i'll take it over to them, i hope they like it!...thank you!...for everything!
thanks! i like watching it take life also, that's why i wanted to record the paintings i made in this style, to see it go from nothing to finished in just a few minutes, i love timelapse and stopmotion videos!
it took me 10 hours to paint this one, devided over 2 days, on the first 5 hours (1st day) i painted until i had the face done, on the second day and the rest of the 5 hours i began with the hat and kept going till the end
growing up in Los Angeles in the 80's and being latino, the one thing i remember everyone on the block wanted to be when we played baseball, was Fernando Valenzuela
i remember him as being the best during the peak of his career, other than that i don't know anything about him...i should look him up and give him a painting!!
This is amazing! I'm not into baseball myself, but just watching the picture get done and acquire more and more life-like qualities is just great. In the end, it looks like a photograph!
dude you're bad ass!!! viva el toro Fernando Valenzuela!!!
