So that last video was the secret trailer that was shown in Final Mix? Cuz it pretty much happens just like that in BBS but not exactly with that cinematic. Why don't we get the Final Mix here :/ It should've just been the original version lol

@ffchrissie im pretty sure it was in the original version too. you just have to beat 100% of the game in Normal mode or just beat Hard mode. thats how it works in retty much all of the KH series. want a secret movie, you gotta work for it. :(

Just beat Ven's story and I love how this video was use as a cutscene, then when it was done it lead to a 3-part battle between Ven and Vanitas which was very badass and I would to see it in this fromat.

It is truly amazing how much of this video ended up being redone in the PSP's ingame graphics for an awesome endgame (but not ending) video sequence - it's one of the only scenes that re-viewing it in the Theater requires it to load it in more than one section! It mostly left out Terra getting shocked by lightning and having his arm frozen, and Ventus's fall from the cliffside - considering the scope of the series as a whole, that's almost nothing!

Two things to point out:

The whole "Chasers" thing never got any explaination

The lost two makes no sense, Xehanort makes one, but Vanitas really can't count, since nobody knew he existed

@Zetvirus55 Maybe when they say "Chasers" they're talking about how everyone in this game is chasing something. Terra is chasing Xehanort, Ventus is chasing Terra, Aqua is chasing Ventus, Ventus eventually starts chasing Vanitas.

The lost two... Vanitas is lost as well, he's the lost part of Ventus' heart.

And technically a "Chaser" is one who engraves metal, but could be regarding Terra, Aqua and Ven "chasing" Master Xehanort and his apprentice, but who knows?

I think all this is pretty important, not just wenn we think of BBS but also wenn we think of the chance of a KH3, cause in KH:FM we get to fight Terra, and if that Terra is the real Terra, then he must mean something for the future story...

woah, i didnt notice till now that the split between the gathering ending and birth by sleep that they suddenly wernt holding mickey's,riku's and sora's keyblade, just magically swapped, a part of me finks that if they did use them keyblades in this fight they probably would have won because why would they just randomly pick up 3 keyblades in the middle of all the keyblades in the world, would have been sick for them 2 fight with those 3 keyblades in the middle :)

There's a difference of over a year, I think, in time between when the videos where made.

They didn't have a plot set in stone yet and the first video was just a presentation of a vision one of the developers had of what the next game ought to be like.

Anyway, their names, Auqa, Terra, and Ven (Ventus) all seem to have similar meanings to Kairi, Riku, and Sora respectively.

Mickey's Key = Kingdom Key D (alternate version of the Kingdom Key, and is a Keyblade of the Realm of Darkness.)

@SubAtomicDestruction Mickey's Key is Kingdom Key D, it's basically the Dark Realm version of Sora's Key. Mickey obtained it when he went to the Dark Realm in KH so he and Sora could close the door to Kingdom Hearts. (You need a light and dark Keyblade to close the door.)

Master Xehanort is his name. Xehanort also being the name of Ansem the Wise' apprentice before he banished Ansem the Wise and stole his name.

Well, the first part of the video, The Gathering, was made before the developers had a concrete idea of how Birth By Sleep would go, so they just used recognizable Keyblades for that video.

That's where the video ends for the American release of KHII. The rest of the video is from the KHII Final Mix+ game that was released only in Japan.

The title screen glitch is all about timing. You just have to time it right for it to work.
