1:04 to you that's fresh mozzarella? You wouldn't be able to grate fresh mozzarella because it pours out a ton of milk, but I doubt in the usa you can find real italian mozzarella.
that look like anything but pizza.. get some oregano or basil and a good homemade sauce and make it a bit thinner or else call it somthing else than pizza
@TheGenesisfan93 As of summer 2009 yes, every pizza place I visited in Italy used a brick oven minus one that was more like a McDonalds fast food-type place. I was in the Tuscan countryside, Rome, Milan, Florence and Venice and each place used brick ovens. :)
I just bought a "Stok" brand grill. It comes with a pizza stone and a removable center in the cast iron grate so you can cook with a griddle, wok, Veggie basket or grill. AWESOME pizza!!
Of your videos that I have seen so far, I can't decide which I have enjoyed the most. Each one is better than the last one. I agree with others that when I see you cook so many different things on your grill, it makes me think I can do the same thing. Can't wait for better weather to get grilling. (We're supposed to get another several inches of snow in the next 48 hours.) Spring is just around the corner. Thanks for all of your time making these videos.
Thanks to this awesome video, I made 3 pizzas yesterday on my charcoal grill that turned out FANTASTIC! Instead of bricks I used a pizza stone, and my pizzas turned out just like the pizzas in this video.......nice! Thank-you for posting this vid....I have watched plenty of other BBQ Pizza vids, and this one is the best for showing a novice out to make AWESOME pizza on the backyard grill.....

love your videos. but I saw this one show where a pizza place makes their pizzas as dough, cheese, then the pizza sauce and toppings, you guys should try it if you havn't already =D
OK, I tried this last night and screwed up somehow. The crust wouldnt cook and was stuck to the brick. Very disapointed. Anyone know what I did wrong? Do you need the bricks with holes in them? Maybe thats what I did wrong because my bricks were solid. Do you need to grease up the bricks? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
@dbrincefield Sprinkle cornmeal liberally on the bottom of the pizza, and sprinkle cornmeal liberally on the stone before you slide the uncooked pizza onto it. By the way, it's easier if you sprinkle the cornmeal on the pizza dough after you've shaped it, then flip it over and add the ingredients to the other side. You need to wait a while for the bricks to get hot, let's say, 20 minutes, after the grill air temp is 450F. Or, save yourself grief and just buy a pizza stone instead of using brick
Perfect. Looks like GREAT pizzas. Thanks. And to me it looked like charcoal. But you did say it was a certain temp and for that it might be gas. Im sure either will work fine but id still like to know. Thanks for the lesson and great narrating cuz im hungry.
