if you have a PC... you access the councel with (~) and use your mouse to click on someone... lets say a gaurd then in the councel type Kill, then just press (~) again... and he should die.. you can also resurrect by typing in Resurrect as well... same steps as kill... I love reviving Demora and kill'n them again, with my sowrd that is.
