I believe it is most definately a major thing missed out in school education, as well as plant and tree names etc - basically the knowledge of the here and now world around us! Sign language is also a major missing thing in education - but that's a whole other story! Do you know of any good books about Herbs and their properties? @stickiwitch The bulk of my herbs are stored in a closet.... they are always stored away from direct light the ones in my Patron Bottles are for my own personal use and are never in those jars long enough to be exposed or go bad.
I would feel weird buying herbal capsules, since I come from a culture which has more or less kept the 'home remedies' of the traditional medicine (mostly herbal), so for instance against diarrhea I would straightly go to yoghurt and peppermint and if it gets worse cumin and rock sugar... I am quite accustomed to having various herbs as medicine or as spices in the house, so I would be thankful if there were some more info on that, how to maintain and use them. :)

cinnamon works very well for diabetics in lowering their blood sugars and that vitamin D will help with healing the pancreas (if caught in early stages for type 1) due to the vitamin D deficiency which is a main contributor to diabetes.

@babyhead78 The way I understand it, is that a tincture is a more concentrated form of the herb which works quicker and more effectively than an infusion (tea). It seems to me that a capsule would be less effective than a tincture because your body has to break down that capsule and the part of the herb that isn't needed. It doesn't have to do that with a tincture.
I think the phone consultation idea is wonderful. I want to order herbs from you to help manage my diabetes but I'm curious to hear what info you have on it.
And this is why I started my path into herbal medicine. Dee let's the general public know the amazing benefits of it compared to regular drugs. Like White willow bark can be substituted for Aspirin, which is great because it doesn't give that risk of stomach problems like Aspirin. Thanks for another great video Dee! :]
