Ok first off if this was light weight it WOULD NOT be in the Animal Cage @ FIBO. Secondly, take a good look at the weight of the plates. It's a 40kg plate not a 45lb plate. The first guy is repping close to 400lbs. If you look at the info under the video the last guy is pushing 311kg which is close to 700lbs. If you are only doing 225 for 4 reps you are not matching what he is doing even if you have a spotter.

there not knee wraps on the elbow. its an inzer elbow sleeve. u know...to prevent tendon problems. I doubt even if one wears knee wraps they could bench 300kg+.

Actually... talk to any real weightlifter and they will tell you, half reps like that put all of the strain on the muscle itself and are actually much harder than a full extension. At the top of a full extension its the elbows and not the muscle that is supporting the weight. so technically... you're the prick
