I know about litter police in UK. The govt. ran a scheme to employ people to patrol shopping areas for example. Anyone actually caught dropping litter would receive a 50poundsterling on the spot fine.

As for Knife crime. I think its like 'terrorism', you can't really win the war on knife crime, because people have kitchen knives etc. The media in UK are still pushing knife crime reports on tv, and some gun crimes. No drug crimes..hmmmmm :/

sidssix. Good point. As a kid in Northern Ontario Canada. All the water came from the wells or the RainBarrel. People pay big money for water softeners.My grandfather had a huge tank that collected the rain from both the house the barn and the vehical shed.

With a basic charcoal filter system to remove the fine particals. The water tasted pure and a shower or bath never gave you the itches of Chrorine&Fluride my wife an i both get useing the towns mains. Break the law God gives us the rain.

my friend do not drink the rain water. there is tons of chemicals in there. think about it,, where does all the pollution go? up of course mixing with the rain clouds, not to mention the chemical trails, just my advise. If you plan on drinking rain, use a berkey sports bottle filter at the vary least.

no i just heard, i havent actually drunk rain water, my water preference is no sodium distiled water or aquafina bottled water.

I been thinking of getting a water filter but i dont know of a good one that takes out the flouride and everything else.

yes all i drink is auquafina,, I personally called them and asked if they add fluoride after there reverse osmosis hydro7 process and they said they do not add fluoride back in, and from my research the only thing that can take out fluoride is reverse osmosis filtering. go check out berkey filters there great. so is ecoloblue atmospheric generator.
