Did anyone else struggle through watching this to the end? The live action filming was mediocre at best; the best camera work was when the companion was bathing... I reeeeeally wanted to punch my monitor every time Serenity flew because of the stupid music.

But anyway, good cgi and space cowboys, whatever.

@0800randomusername You kidding? You're askin' a dangerous question with the sort of fandom that lives around this show, hahaha.

All kidding aside, it's an older show on a lower budget, not gonna find Star Trek here -- it was meant to feel down and dirty. Send me a quick message, I can link you to the 'Making of' Firefly clips, talks about how the camerawork was all purposely handheld for that "feel", and the fact this episode had to be changed at the network's demand, among other things.
