Salvia was intense and daunting, but worth it because it made me fall to the center of the earth and return back in the course of that brief amount of time. The after effects were I an interconnectedness with the universe and had a good sense for my mortality here in this world and helped inspire me in my art endeavours. 30 minutes on that is nothing compared to a bad trip I once had on psylocibin shrooms.
