The SPLM is just as ruthless in the south. Stop your hyprocracy - Bashir winning 68% is a rigged election. But Kiir winning 93% in the South is free & fair. The Carter group specificly stated that SPLM troops were harracining people in the South. Your only aim is to get rid of the NCP - anything less is considered corrupt, flaud.
