@TheMokamola I solved this issue by putting a tiny bush in the gap. So it's actually pushing the robot apart but only a tiny tiny bit, just enough to let the arm come down again!

The only place they'd be effective is right on the end of the blade, but if added the blade would be too big.

As it's lego, rather than pierce parts, its more likely to rip big parts off or try to seperate blocks.

Wow is it me or did anyone else get a hit of de ja vu when hit n run was thown out the arena yet again and in less time. Certainly one of the quickiest matchs of Series 6. I'm guessing he's going bye bye or serious upgrade time?

I've been trying to build my own lego robots, similar to yours. However, I am always unsuccsesful and I've only built working robot with a weapon in the past year. I was wondering what the standard size for your robots are, as I think I am trying to make mine too compact.

No problem happy to help!

You can count the studs to see how big mine are - I try to keep them as compact as possible BUT with some space so I can easily remove the PF parts. It's all trial and error, then you hit your stride and can build many more. My earliest attempts are really bad, and can be seen somewhere in my channel. Although weapons worked, they where way too weak.

All my robots are flawed, so I don't like showing people how to make them... but I might do one or two for the newer robots who are built much better than the old ones.

So far, I've built robots with a weapon and then a self-righter, one with two independant axes and one with a claw that also lifts... but not really one with two weapons. Hmm...

An impressive OOTA from 2020! My own K'nex robot called Armed has a lifting bar, but if i lowered the arena walls, i could cause some OOTA's!
