@Oxbloodred emotions are stillness appearing as....emotions.....if there is anything to release it would be the release "of the need to release" . the thing is that you, the individual can't make that happen. Try for fun reallllly to let go.....it's absurd. Letting go will happen or not, there is nothing "you" can do about that, but when that is seen in a deeper way (sorry for being so vague), then relaxation could happen. maybe that is what you are looking for.....or not? ;)
