And all these facist neo-cons supporting this police brutality are the same kind of people that would sell out the American independance movement to Britain back in the old days, believe it!
where were these dumbasses when he was getting tasered? None of them stood up to help him or do anything. They all just watched with a bored expression. Fucking retards..
he has the right to freedom of speech but when they say the time is up it is up...they tried to take him out and he resisted...it was his fault he got tasered...he couldve easily not been tasered
wow your stupid and have never been to a public speaking. tehre is no time limit to how much u can say and they clearly just took him and dragged him 2 teh back. taht is clearly un needed force.
In my opinion, people who don't think so are either naïve, have done insufficient research, have little understanding of technical things, or are in complicity with the corrupt elite who uses censorship and distortion of info to suppress dissent, like with Meyer
Ex: WTC7 fell in 6.5 seconds (free fall speed/time). That's impossible unless you use explosives or similar
130+ architects & engineers believe the WTC was a controlled demolition:
omg shut the fuck up you little 16 year old retard.. suck your fathers dick, little bitch.. you obsessed freak, stop youtube-ing fucking conspiracy theories you dick: 130 dogs think your mums fanny has suffered a controlled demolition..
this is the most bogus unbelievable bullshit ever. if it were an inside job, 1. there are a million easier ways to level a building while not looking incriminating than flying a plane into it and 2. the wtc has had several attacks on it probably by the same people prior to 9/11. they tried and failed at least once and finally succeeded on 9/11. don't bring that garbage into here where kids read this shit.
Look. The guy shouldn't have been tasered or arrested. That was a joke. However, UF is a private educational property that can enforce its own rules (much like any elementary school can). Though the police in this situation should be fired, freedom of speech is not always a law everywhere. I got suspended for calling a kid gay in public high school. Free speech only exists on the streets. I wish it were otherwise, but it's the truth. So stop crying for free speech at UF. There's no such thing.
In the FIRST place, Police violated Meyer's right to Freedom of Speech. He has the right to ask "inconvenient questions" about corruption in politics, Skull & Bones and the elite, etc.
Police used CENSORSHIP, which is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE in a free society
Police actions were DISPROPORTIONATE in relation to Meyer's
WE ALL SHOULD ALSO ask inconvenient questions before USA becomes a Nazi dictatorship with Martial Law
Never once did an officer say "you are under arrest" and unless an officer tells you that "you are under arrest" and then follow with "you have the right to remain silent" etc...etc...It is an illegal arrest!
When being taken into police custody you must be told your being arrested and be given the reason for said arrest. This is not a question of being nice...It is your RIGHT to be told your under arrest and given a reason!
head he complied in the first place there would never had been the incident, he began fighting them. once he was subdued and taken out of the auditorium, he was read his rights.
true, he did say he would wlak away, but when they did allow him to do so, he continued with his tyrade. no one took his rights, he did not comply with the officers when given the opportunity.
"An illegal arrest is an assault and battery. The person so attempted to be restrained of his liberty has the same right to use force in defending himself as he would in repelling any other assault and battery." (State v. Robinson, 145 ME. 77, 72 ATL. 260).
dude way to go, most ppl just say "this is retarded" or "well he deserved it" but you actually found a court case establishing a law concerning this situation
I was really pissed, until I realized there was a time limit (something you must obide by obviously). He took to long and did not get to the point. Time was up, he had to go.
What the hell is the problem here? He did use force against them. All he had to do was walk away. That's why he got tasered. He must have been pretty ignorant to not realize there was a time limit on him, and everyone else.
But that doesnt justify them jumping on him and trying to arrest him.
They cut his mic, he said "thanks for cutting my mic" and then he went to walk away and they jumped on him. but yeah they had the right to cut his mic but not the right to do what they wented to do to get him out of there.
But everyone here, except for students that the university, are only having opinions for what theyve seen in a video, hard to say that way
I am proud of you. The police who perpetrated this atrocity, should be charged and sued. The university president should resign for allowing such acts to take place. It is irrelevant whether he was present or not in the room. He is responsible for hiring those goons.
He was only there to grandstand and disrupt. If he legitimately wanted to ask a question then ask it and wait for the answer. he didn't. he was disruptive and asked to stop, he didnt, then asked to leave, he didnt, cops began to escort him away, he began fighting them. He said "if you let me go I will go peacibly" they did-he didnt. He didnt comply. You cant act irresponsibly and not expect consequenses. he has videoed himself doing this same thing before and posted on his website.
Im fucking discusted to see what those fucking jobs worth sheep cops did to that poor bloke for asking the 'wrong' questions. Im turning my back on the UK and US for the forthcoming NWO and secret societies. WELL DONE ANDREW. THIS WORLD WOULD BE A BETTER PLACE IF THERE WERE MORE PEOPLE LIKE HIM!
how right you are! wouldnt it be great if everyone acted like an irresponsible ass and there werent any consequenses? He was an idiot seeking attention. He got his 15 minutes of fame, job accomplished.
i dont think he wanted to be arrested so...really that student forum wouldnt hit headlines anyway if he was able to ask his questions or walk away from this after the mic was cut. it only happened after he was arrested
the thing is that if he legitimately wanted to ask a question, then ask it and shut up so Kerry could answer. He had done this type of thing before, and posted it on his website. not the first time to do something of this nature. only difference this time was that he finally went too far, and received the consequence.
it had nothing to do with what he was "asking". the problem is that he never intended to ask anything - he reads some conspiracy theorists book and decides to make an ass of himself. typical liberal "I want to act like a dipshit without any consequenses." If he legitimately wanted to ask a question, then do so and then shut up for the response.

There are idiots out there citing this as an example of how there IS a skull&bones society & how Bush+Kerry are members?! & how that is why this idiot was brutalized!
Nope, he's just a plain idiot. Don't resist the police, they've other things to do. They're job is to get U under control and if U run around with your arms flailing and refusing to comply then wham! I would have said "ok officer" & I wouldn't have been shocked.
The Questions were 2ndary & inciting -- he tried to incite a riot.
Demand that the president of the University of Florida resign immediately for permitting such an atrocity to take place. Walk out and stay out until he does and until all charges against Andrew are dropped and he is released.
Please provide an address for your attorney general's office, so I can write. Those officers should be charged.
how about charging this kid for stupidity? the officers did what they were there to do - maintain order. this dipstick was only there to disrupt and grandstand. Kerry DID attempt to answer him, however, he wouldn't shut up long enough to allow Kerry to answer him. You cant expect to act like an idiot and not have consequences.
sue them for what? not shooting him with their guns? He was only seeking face time and attention. bottom line is he didnt comply and was resisting the officers. has nothing to do with whatever "question" he was posing. his only objective was to be disruptive. his parents should be sued for not spanking him as a child.
I feel like people who are shouting "Fascism" should spend a week or so in an actual fascist nation so they can at least understand what they're saying.
What a bunch of fucking tax dodging nerds, where was his support ON THE DAY he was arrested. Great to get brave after the event, but to all those who stood by and just watched the cops do that to him....shame on you!
Read Armed Madhouse. March in mass across this nation with this book raised high! It will scare the poop out of Bush. It will result in his willing resignation.

Florida is hopeless if they are defending this paranoid wanna-be inciter.... Gee, I guess the Police didn't actually "kill him" or "give him to the Government".
You should be protesting to get the guy psychiatric assistance and more electroshock therapy.
Tymes, you're missing the point. This is not an isolated incident and if the people of this country don't start taking steps to resist the movement towards a police state, we deserve to be arrested (at the discretion of the government) taken to a detention camp (sponsored by FEMA) and detained without council for as long as they want(no Habeus Corpus) Welcome to the New America!
He was resisting arrest and not even that... not initially...
The police were intially applauded when they started to remove him. Had he complied he wouldn't have been tasered. Resist the police and you will be subdued -- exactly like the idiot MIT student who would have been shot and killed in Boston for her artistic bomb.
U can't goto airport & joke about bomb & U also can't do what this guy did. After a point U have to consider what if this was a plot what if he had accomplices (and he did, the whiny girl with HIS vcamera pleading for him!) So this guy was resisting explusion and there was no one left to protect the sentor after the 1 big police officer, King, was escorting him out but he was manic. the police have a job to do & they have to do it as fast as possible so they can get back to their job.
The audience was not applauding the police, they were applauding Kerry saying he would answer the questions. Which didn't get to happen, because the police suppressed Meyers right to free speech.
The audience was not applauding the police, they were applauding Kerry saying he would answer the mans questions. He should have never been under arrest in the first place, all he did was exercise free speech. You try to make it out like he was threatening Kerry or something.
yes i agree with you it uncalled for stupid to me dumb asses that not a reason to arrest someone he needs to sue them cops because what i saw was wrong and besides they kepted taxing him at the police station so dumb.
students are the last hope for this country and the only ones left with a brain that can think individually. Obviously they see that anyone can be next.
If you want results, interupt large corporate chains. They control the gov't, the gov controls cops. If you want to kill a snake, you cut off the head.
Its so sad that they bogusly arrested him for insighting a riot. Asking questions does not constitute insighting a riot, and tasering him was unnecessary. He wasn't fighting, and he was way outnumbered to be considered a threat. I hope he is smart and sues! And I'm sure he has quite a case to WIN BIG! Good job. Im glad someone hasnt forgot what freedom of speech means. And I just lost respect for Kerry for not speaking up more over this unjust harrasment of the student!

I live in Brooklyn, NY and I was HAPPY to see someone acting irrationally in a public place asked to leave said place. He was only tasered after resisting arrest AFTER resisting a request for him to remove himself.

God damm, when stupid people get out of control they need to be put in their place... i was in college once and i never did stupid shit like this but you know what, i wish i was the cop that tased his ass..!
The Weather Underground was a terrorist front and half-baked self-righteous rich college kids that did not get enough attention from Mommy and Daddy. Why don't you go read some Chairman Mao and go join the SLA. Sucker.
Even the PLA knows it's all about making a buck these days. Just cultivate your garden and get on with your life.
You young people have to take a look at the Weather Underground of the 1960s. look it up on YouTube. Time for violent opposition. I do not condone non-violent resistance in any way. They have shown their cards. They want a violent revolution? MLK: "When peaceful revolution is made impossible, violent revolution is enevitable"
Dickheads like you give real researchers a bad name.
Meyer's questions are extremely pertinent in these dark times.
The corporate and banking elite are not exclusively Jewish. They have no loyalty to nationalism, race, ethnicity or any of the other identity issues. They are united by the common desire for power. One world domination. Psychopathy is a trait which they all share. You are spreading disinformation.
I've been researching this for 20 years. Your declaration is insulting.
I sincerely hope the populace snaps out of its media induced stupor before it is too late.
People need to understand, that historically, tyrannical governments are the rule, not the exception. The US, along with most of the world, is in the final stages of transforming into the most technologically and psychologically invasive Totalitarian society ever known. For experiential insight into what is coming, read Gulag Archipelago or 1984.
Bodobaas, there is a large contingency of Zionist jews in that new world order and Israel and the Mossad are terrorists and carry out false-flag terrorism. There is ample evidence of Zoinist Israel and Zionist US Dual/complicity in the attacks of 9/11.
There is ample evidence, yes. But singling out Zionism is like singling out one symptom in a case of AIDS. There may be any number of symptoms, and it is fine and all to treat them, but until you strike the root and eliminate the virus itself, the disease will carry on inexorably until death. The primary cause of the world's accelerating illness is a pathology known as Psychopathy. Check out Political Ponerology, very enlightening new science that could save the world.
No he has a good point. It is possible. What he is saying holds a lot of truth and the question must be posed and monitored. Meyers is a jew and thus this could have been an elaborate Mossad plot. Remember that the Neocons rule Washington and they are all Zionist jews. Sorry, but that is the TRUTH of the matter.
Great job young people. Very proud of you. It's good to remember what I'm working for sometimes. You guys are the future. And it's looking better every day.
This kind of demonstration makes me feel happy because it shows that the USA are not a so good model of democracy and freedom as they want to show to the rest of the world.
Why aren't they protesting the fact that Andrew's fellow students just sat and watched him get tased? Had every or even half of the students in that auditorium stood up the police would have backed off. It is easy to blame cops, harder to stand up for what is right.
They shouldnt be focusing on outlawing the use of tasers in their school. Tasers have a purpose and a use. They should be focusing on free speech and reformation of the police dept.
could not agree more. The focus is totally wrong when they only see the violence and not the reason for it. Kinda like 9/11 too few asks why they would do it.
I do however think, despite whether this guy is a prankster, or whether the police did or didnt use excessive force; everything else aside...I'm just happy to finally see some people protesting the free speech issue. This is a major problem in our country right now, and so far this seems like the first start of an actual movement, albeit unorganized and reactionary. Maybe this will spur something with more vision. We can only hope.
Great job protesting and posting this video! I was so angry when I saw the taser video with people just standing by, this makes me feel better. That kid needs to sue the police and John Kerry, and we need to elect Ron Paul in 2008. 911 was an inside job and skull and bones is behind it!
I agree, but those are questions we'll likely n ever hear an answer to. Those are the "dont ask those questions...questions". Politicians will duck and weave those like mohamed ali.
No, you are only asking Kerry because you can't ask Bush. Florida is responsible for Bush.
Ironic. No Meyers was inciting not riot but just 15 minutes. He'll make thousands selling T-shirts. To give him any creedence is like asking Kerry instead of Bush.
There is no such crime as "resisting arrest." This is a fictitious crime
Supreme court rulings-
"An illegal arrest is an assault and battery. The person so attempted to be restrained of his liberty has the same right to use force in defending himself as he would in repelling any other assault and battery." State v. Robinson, 145 ME. 77, 72 ATL. 260
"Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer's life if necessary." Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306.
So anybody can refuse to answer to the police if they want... or actually not... as everyone is innocient until proven guilty?
If I am a police office and someone is trying to take my life as Plummer v. State 136 Ind. 306 then I have another right to defend myself with deadly force apparently as all the police offers there did when this idiot refused to turn on his stomach and get cuffed.
There was no police abuse, you fucking assholes. The only abuse here was Andrew Meyer, the smart-ass punk bastard.

9/11 = inside job
In my opinion, people who don't think so are either naïve, have done insufficient research, have little understanding of technical things, or are in complicity with the corrupt elite who uses censorship and distortion of info to suppress dissent, like with Meyer
Ex: WTC7 fell in 6.5 seconds (free fall speed/time). That's impossible unless you use explosives or similar
130+ architects & engineers believe the WTC was a controlled demolition:

this is the most bogus unbelievable bullshit ever. if it were an inside job, 1. there are a million easier ways to level a building while not looking incriminating than flying a plane into it and 2. the wtc has had several attacks on it probably by the same people prior to 9/11. they tried and failed at least once and finally succeeded on 9/11. don't bring that garbage into here where kids read this shit.

There's no such thing.
bobzavy89 4 years ago
In the FIRST place, Police violated Meyer's right to Freedom of Speech. He has the right to ask "inconvenient questions" about corruption in politics, Skull & Bones and the elite, etc.
Police used CENSORSHIP, which is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE in a free society
Police actions were DISPROPORTIONATE in relation to Meyer's
WE ALL SHOULD ALSO ask inconvenient questions before USA becomes a Nazi dictatorship with Martial Law
9/11 = INSIDE JOB. IMPEACHMENT NOW!

1) FREEDOM OF SPEECH? We all have this right under Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
2) Meyer has the RIGHT to ask INCONVENIENT QUESTIONS (Skull & Bones), plus only used the mic for 1 min 27 seconds!
3) CENSORSHIP? It is UNACCEPTABLE in a free society
4) Resisting unlawful orders? SUPREME COURT RULINGS:
"Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer's life if necessary. Plummer v State 136 Ind 306

I was really pissed, until I realized there was a time limit (something you must obide by obviously). He took to long and did not get to the point. Time was up, he had to go.
What the hell is the problem here? He did use force against them. All he had to do was walk away. That's why he got tasered. He must have been pretty ignorant to not realize there was a time limit on him, and everyone else.
no1use 4 years ago
But that doesnt justify them jumping on him and trying to arrest him.
They cut his mic, he said "thanks for cutting my mic" and then he went to walk away and they jumped on him. but yeah they had the right to cut his mic but not the right to do what they wented to do to get him out of there.
But everyone here, except for students that the university, are only having opinions for what theyve seen in a video, hard to say that way
6evil6dead6 4 years ago 2

Students,
I am proud of you. The police who perpetrated this atrocity, should be charged and sued. The university president should resign for allowing such acts to take place. It is irrelevant whether he was present or not in the room. He is responsible for hiring those goons.
linguy22 4 years ago 2
He was only there to grandstand and disrupt. If he legitimately wanted to ask a question then ask it and wait for the answer. he didn't. he was disruptive and asked to stop, he didnt, then asked to leave, he didnt, cops began to escort him away, he began fighting them. He said "if you let me go I will go peacibly" they did-he didnt. He didnt comply. You cant act irresponsibly and not expect consequenses. he has videoed himself doing this same thing before and posted on his website.

i dont think he wanted to be arrested so...really that student forum wouldnt hit headlines anyway if he was able to ask his questions or walk away from this after the mic was cut. it only happened after he was arrested
SuicideInAlaska 4 years ago
the thing is that if he legitimately wanted to ask a question, then ask it and shut up so Kerry could answer. He had done this type of thing before, and posted it on his website. not the first time to do something of this nature. only difference this time was that he finally went too far, and received the consequence.
jenrob5 4 years ago
it had nothing to do with what he was "asking". the problem is that he never intended to ask anything - he reads some conspiracy theorists book and decides to make an ass of himself. typical liberal "I want to act like a dipshit without any consequenses." If he legitimately wanted to ask a question, then do so and then shut up for the response.

He was resisting arrest and not even that... not initially...

Bodobaas 4 years ago
Bodobaas, there is a large contingency of Zionist jews in that new world order and Israel and the Mossad are terrorists and carry out false-flag terrorism. There is ample evidence of Zoinist Israel and Zionist US Dual/complicity in the attacks of 9/11.
Focoist911 4 years ago
Zionism and the Jewish faith are separate issues .
Bodobaas 4 years ago
There is ample evidence, yes. But singling out Zionism is like singling out one symptom in a case of AIDS. There may be any number of symptoms, and it is fine and all to treat them, but until you strike the root and eliminate the virus itself, the disease will carry on inexorably until death. The primary cause of the world's accelerating illness is a pathology known as Psychopathy. Check out Political Ponerology, very enlightening new science that could save the world.

77, 72 ATL. 260
