I have been screwed blued and tattooed by Cox Cable in Tulsa. It is so bizarre I can't even tell the whole story but the scumbags have been impossible to resolve my account issue with. The customer service people are very ho-hum, not outright rude but you get the feeling that any minute they will tell you to go f yourself. I am checking to see what other cable/satellite service I can change to. Cox is pathetic. And I have lost channels all the time. Or there won't be any sound etc.
