Ok i only see 3 problems in this. 1: The levels are insanly high for the chars to only have 100-500 max HP. 2: The kings health is way to high for him to be doing like 70-100 max DMG. 3:Send Link needs to do more dmg than widespread attacks cause its a single hitter.

Aside from that i think this boss would be fun to play

Most of the secret bosses in this game are going to be jokes. He has nothing to do with the main story, so yeah, he's just in there for giggles.

At this point, progress is fluctuating. I don't really have a working schedule, and I'm also either finding new things to put in, or finding new things I don't have to put in. It's really hard to tell how close I am to finished, but I know the game still has a pretty long time until release.

It's something I was thinking about doing (no rhythm-based combos, but pressing a button at a certain time). I couldn't find a way to put something like that in, so it's just going to be regular attacking. The sounds just indicate who's attacking.
