  • @0:27 I could have sworn someone was yelling free bird

  • People, who compare Owens with Barlow, are gay.

People, who say Owens is better than Barlow, are gay.

Owens is great, Barlow is great, so shut the fuck up!

    The video-quality is awesome!

  • Those who want to compare Owens with Barlow try and imagine Barlow singing Victim Of Changes, Diamonds And Rust and The Sentinel. Because Owens has proved himself worthy of the repertoire of both Judas Priest and Iced Earth, despite of what some "purists" claim (Iced Earth's first 2 albums had vocalists closer to Owens than Barlow after all)

  • @nognir616 Barlow sound pretty decent on The Ripper and Screaming for Vengeance to be honest (Iced made covers on those two songs during Barlow's first tenure), but it dont really make up for how much Barlow have been raping songs from the first two iced earth albums, and Tim does indeed make a better effort on stuff not wrote for his voice

  • @Falahk07 Unfortunately, Ripper's career so far has been mostly like that... Singing songs not written for his voice. Personally I think he's betting it on his works with Malmsteen, but I believe he really needs a rising heavy metal band

  • @nognir616 Yeah no matter how people say it the songs made for ripper don't work for Barlow. Just search for 2009 ten thousand strong live barlow. He tries his hardest but neither of them can get either that low or that high. Regardless they both are wonderful singers and I still hold true with the fan made duets out there. I wanna hear atleast Dracula as a duet with both of them.

  • Look Ripper and Barlow are 2 different type of singing styles. They are both equally great. Each of them added there own flavor to Iced. I favorite songs from singers more from Barlow obviously only b/c he was with them longer. Tim Ripper is a great frontman for sure. I dont care what anyone says Charred Walls of the Dammed is great. Cmon compared to the crap thats out today?! Charred Walls deserved album of the year.

  • It's interesting how Ripper is singing the "soft" Barlow version. This was obviously before recording Overture Of The Wicked.

  • still ripper best man especiall after eagle cries man hw cn u nt wnt ripper grr

  • why nt have barlow and ripper together singign that be insaneeee cs ripper cld go high like barlow cnt and barlow cn go low like ripper cnt hehe problems slved mehhh shame the band cldnt wrk tht out lol

  • @resistance829

I really fucking hate you. Not only because of your shitty opinion about these singers, but because of they way you type. You are a moron.

  • THE DRUMMER IS RICHARD CHRISTY??

  • BARLOW A LONG WAAAAAAAAY BETTER...

  • ill never understand people "taking sides" over whos a better singer, both barlow and ripper are awesome talents i wish we had more singers like them and not these fuckin scream/grunting idiots in most other bands.

  • When they redid the 'trilogy' on the Overture of the Wicked EP with Ripper, his vocals destroy Barlow's, I can't even listen to the original 3 songs anymore they bore me (especially the drumming).

  • @ScrapMetalAlbany

You must be high. Matt Barolow > The Ripper any day of the fucking week.

  • The atmosphere of the original is wayyy better. Technical skill doesn't always matter my friend.

  • @ScrapMetalAlbany ugh are you kidding? Barlow is a thousand times better!

  • BARLOW IS THE BEST

  • well he did good with angels holocaust and that was'ant a barlow song but he is good for what he did in IE but people dont give him enough credit

  • barlow is fucking better

  • better for Iced Earth yes better singer no way man you don't get into Judas Priest being average

  • listen to Dracula with Matt Barlow

  • The begining is good cause of the lower notes but the rest is better with Ripper because of his powerful and agrresive high notes

  • haha that's your opinion barlow fucking owns all the song he did ! i give you some credit for a couple of song like ten thousnad strong or declaration day ripper is a little better than barlow on the high parts but not really more!

  • ok bro like you said "that's your opinion" .

I like both singers but i like Rippers style better.
