@FdSnakeEater No idea man, I live in okinawa and there aren't any drag strips but if i had to estimate i'd say low 13's...my mods are intake, full 3 inch straight pipe turbo back, tubular manifold, NGK iridium's gapped to .7, Greddy boost controller on .9 BAR, FMIC....the thing moves out pretty well....specially now that its chilly out ;)

Hey man. Like the swap. I just got mine finished up. Just a little heads up. If that is the stock turbo I would not recommend going over 10lbs of boost. Since the turbo cannot handle over that. You can push it past ten but the compressor wheel will shatter beings it's Ceramic. Just a heads up.

Back Pressure causes Compressor Surge.

When you snap the TB closed all that built up pressure heads back towards the Compressor wheel causing it to surge if the BOV is adj. incorrectly or not used.

But its not that bad for just idle REV's especially with BB turbo's, It more dangerous durring WOT when the turbo is out flowing more than what the engine can take in. But he doesnt need to worry with a stock turbo.

meh, it wont really hurt it. shouldnt anyways. i have the stock t25 on my sr running 12lbs, thats what they're rated for. the actuators just open up at 7 stock for safety. and rb25's have t28's stock (i think) and they're rated up to 18psi.

RB25DET has a much higher potential and more power output stock. It has higher displacement, increased bore and stroke, higher efficiency, and is more durable (uses iron cast instead of aluminum cast in SR).

Loosen the tensioner spring on that BOV, you're getting nasty compressor surge. Also, you may not wanna run that car much beyond 10 as the ceramic wheel in the stock T3 shatters from sheer centrifugal force much passed 12psi. But, what do I know, I only owned an RB25 swapped coupe for a year :-P
